Leah Muir, founder of Muir Wellness, provides Prenatal and Postpartum personal training for women. Her passion is working with moms who strive to be confident, healthy and present in their daily lives amidst the challenges of motherhood. Her goal is to educate and empower women on their own wellness journeys both pre and postnatal.
